Step 1: Discover We start off by finding out everything we can about your company, product or service and customer. We look at your competitors and understand how to communicate in your marketplace. Our project planner helps gather information with a set of questions designed to help us get to know you and your business. The result of all this is the creation of an accurate brief, so we can start work on your project fully understanding your requirements.

Step 2: Design Once the brief has been defined and we know exactly what we need to achieve - we get to work! We’ll generate multiple ideas and explore various possibilites before developing them into solutions.

Step 3: Discuss We want you to be a big part of the process, so once we have developed our ideas we want to make sure they’re spot on. We’ll discuss what we like about them and if there’s anything that could be improved. It may mean going back to step 2, but more often that not it’s straight on to the next stage. Either way, we’ll make sure the end result surpasses your expectations.

Step 4: Develop Once a direction has been decided on we get started building your website, poster campaign, leaflet, brochure or whatever material you’ve charged us with creating.

Step 5: Deliver On an agreed date we will deliver your job, on time and on budget. If it’s a print job, we will oversee the production to make sure it’s of the highest quality, and if it’s online we will test thoroughly to make sure everything’s working perfectly.
